The pack
What do I get?
An AS9100D readiness score with a clause-by-clause breakdown; the Audit Defense Pack (PDF) with an executive summary, findings with their source records, ranked actions with owners and deadlines, and what the records could not show; an audit checklist with the auditor's questions for every clause where your records show a gap, and the full AS9100D question set as a self-audit workbook; an evidence folder (ZIP) organised by clause with a manifest; a registers workbook (XLSX); a quarterly business review for your leadership team; and a 60-minute review call.
See both sample reports.
Is this certification, or a registrar audit?
No. The pack supports audit readiness. It is not certification, it is not a registrar audit, and it does not replace one. Only an accredited certification body can certify you.
Does this guarantee we pass the audit?
No. It shows you where you stand, what the evidence supports, and what to fix first. What happens next is up to you.
Which standard does it cover?
The readiness score is against AS9100 Revision D, clause by clause. AS9100D contains the full text of ISO 9001:2015 and adds aerospace requirements.
If you work to a different standard, say so on the fit check and we will tell you honestly whether the pack is useful to you.
Is it AI?
The analysis is AI-assisted. Every figure is traced to your own records, and the platform withholds anything it cannot support. Every page is reviewed by a person before you receive it. No compliance conclusion is issued without human review.
Do we need to change our QMS?
No. It works from exports. Nothing is installed and nothing connects to your systems.
Your data
What data is needed?
Exports you already have, copied into our Excel templates. The minimum set is your CAPA log, nonconformances (NCR log), calibration list, training matrix, supplier list, document register and audit findings.
There are 32 templates in all, including FAI, special processes, risk, traceability and supplier receipts. The more you send, the more the pack can assess, and it tells you exactly what it could not assess and why.
Can I paste straight from our ERP or QMS export?
Yes. Paste values only (Home > Paste > Values) so your source formatting does not come with it, then fix anything the colours flag. Match your columns to ours by header, not by position. Leave a value blank if you do not have it; never estimate.
Why can't I change the template formatting?
The sheets are protected so every file can be read the same way. That is what lets the pack come back within five business days of complete data. Do not rename, move, add or delete columns. Other formats, such as your own CSVs, are accepted only by agreement and add time.
What data can't you take?
ITAR, EAR, CUI or other export-controlled technical data, and personal data beyond names, employee IDs and roles. If you are unsure about a record, ask before uploading.
How much data can we send?
Each template has room for 1,000 records with the row checks built in (5,000 for supplier receipts), and there are 32 templates. Each file can be up to 20 MB, and one upload takes up to 40 files and 60 MB; you can upload again with the same link to add more.
For scale, our sample plant sent 2,252 records across all 32 templates. If one of your registers runs past a template's rows, tell us before you upload.
How do we send the files?
As the founder's email explains: through your private upload link. Please do not email the files as attachments.
Is my data secure? Where does it go?
It is processed on an encrypted workstation and by our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), which does not train its models on our clients' data. Each customer's data is loaded into its own separate store.
Read how we handle your data.
Who sees my data?
The person who checks your files and reviews every page of your pack, and our AI provider (Anthropic) as the processor for the analysis. We do not share it with anyone else. If you bring your quality consultant into the engagement, they see what you choose to share with them.
How long do you keep it?
It is deleted 30 days after the pack is delivered, unless you convert to a subscription. On request we delete it earlier, and we confirm deletion in writing.
Time, price and terms
What happens after the fit check?
- Fit check (you, about 2 minutes online).
- The founder reviews your answers. Submitting the fit check sends them to the founder, who reviews them personally and confirms fit by email.
- Agreement, templates and invoice. Once fit is confirmed, the founder emails you the Audit Defense Pack Services Agreement, the Excel templates and an invoice.
- You sign, pay and fill in. Sign the agreement, pay the invoice, and fill in the templates from exports you already have (about 2–4 hours), then return them as the email explains.
- We check, build and review. We check and accept your data, build the pack, and a person reviews every page. It is ready within five business days of complete, accepted data.
- Review call (60 minutes, section by section).
During the founding period, the founder handles each engagement personally. More on each step.
How long does it take?
Five business days from the day your data is complete and accepted. You get an email the day we accept it, or a list of anything missing. The clock starts when your data is complete, not when you pay.
How much of my time?
About 2–4 hours to fill in the templates from your exports, and the one-hour review call. An optional 15-minute intake call is available if you want help getting started.
How much does it cost?
$3,500 for one facility at the founding price (five places, locked for three years), instead of the $6,500 list price. For an audit 30 days or less away, the Rush pack is $9,500.
How do I pay?
By invoice only. There is no online payment: the founder emails the invoice with the agreement and the templates once fit is confirmed, and you pay it after you sign.
What about refunds?
If we miss the five business days for reasons within our control, you get a full refund.
The fit check exists so that you find out before paying whether the pack suits your plant. The full terms are in the Audit Defense Pack Services Agreement the founder sends you to sign before you pay.
What does the founding price ask of me?
A short interview a week after delivery, a 15-minute check-in at 30 days, and honest answers. A testimonial is optional, and only if you are happy with the result, in words you approve.
What happens after?
Nothing, unless you want it to. If you want the pack kept current (monthly refresh, quarterly review, action tracking), the Founding Facility subscription is $15,000 a year, held for three years, and your pack fee is credited if you sign within 30 days of delivery.
Is it for us?
Who is it for?
Small and mid-sized aerospace suppliers working to AS9100D, especially with a registrar audit, re-audit, customer escalation or recovery coming up, and evidence spread across spreadsheets, the ERP, email and a QMS nobody fully trusts.
We are a consultant, not a manufacturer. Does this work for us?
Yes. Independent AS9100 consultants can use the pack for a client. It is built from that client's records, one facility per pack, and the client's data follows the same rules as anyone else's. Choose “consultant” on the fit check and tell us about the client.
We are a manufacturer. Do we need a consultant?
No. Most packs are bought directly by the supplier's quality or operations lead. The review call walks you through the findings and the ranked actions.
We don't have an audit coming up. Is it still worth it?
It can be, but the pack is most useful with a date on the calendar: it ranks what to fix first. The fit check will tell you if it makes more sense to wait.
