How it works
Six steps, from fit check to review call.
No software, no logins, no online payment and no change to your QMS. Here is every step, who does it, and when.
During the founding period, the founder handles each engagement personally, from the fit review to the review call.
-
Check your fit · you, about 2 minutes
Five questions online: your timing, your standard, what you can export, whether any of it is export-controlled, and your role. You see your result straight away.
-
The founder reviews your answers · the founder, by email
Submitting the fit check sends your answers to the founder, who reviews them personally and confirms fit by email. If something needs a short conversation first, the founder says so. Nothing is billed at this stage.
-
Agreement, templates and invoice · the founder, once fit is confirmed
The founder emails you the Audit Defense Pack Services Agreement, the Excel template pack with its guide, and an invoice ($3,500 per facility at the founding price). There is no online payment.
-
Sign, pay and fill in the templates · you, about 2–4 hours
Sign the agreement and pay the invoice. Paste your existing exports into the templates; the sheets colour anything missing or mistyped, so you can fix it first. Do not change the formatting.
Return the files as the email explains, through your private upload link, not as email attachments.
-
We check, build and review · Aegis, within five business days of complete data
A person checks every file before anything is loaded. You get an email the day your data is accepted, or a list of exactly what is missing. The five-business-day clock starts here.
The platform scores readiness, traces findings and ranks actions. Then an aerospace quality professional reviews every page before it is released. If we miss the five business days for reasons within our control, you get a full refund.
-
Review call · together, 60 minutes
When the pack is ready you get a link to book the review. We send the files at the start of the call and walk through them section by section: where you stand, what the evidence supports, and what to fix first.
What you send
The minimum set of templates:
- CAPA log
- Nonconformances (NCR log)
- Calibration list
- Training matrix
- Supplier list
- Document register
- Audit findings
32 templates are available in total. The more you send, the more the pack can assess, and it says exactly what it could not.
What we cannot take
ITAR, EAR, CUI or other export-controlled technical data, and personal data beyond names, employee IDs and roles. If you are unsure about a record, ask before uploading.
What a person does
- Checks your data before the clock starts
- Reviews every page before you see it
- Runs the review call with you
No compliance conclusion is issued without human review.
